Our attention has been drawn to reports linking a former staff member of Nugi Technologies Nig. Ltd., Mr. Abasieno Okon, to a case of fraud.

We wish to categorically state that Nugi Technologies Nig. Ltd. has no connection to, and does not in any way endorse or support, the actions for which Mr. Abasieno Okon is being investigated. This matter is entirely personal to him and does not represent the values, culture, or operations of our company.

As soon as this situation was brought to our notice, Nugi Technologies Nig. Ltd. took immediate steps to terminate all associations with Mr. Abasieno Okon. He no longer has any professional ties with us and no longer represent or act on behalf of Nugi Technologies Nig. Ltd. in any capacity.
